Let's Begin
Once you set your drop shadow it will stay..
Always Close original image after you copy.
Always sharpen re-sized items one time.
First Open your tube a tube a sitting position
In my supplies you downloaded open the frame, mask and silver pattern.
Minimize all but your tube for now
1. Select dropper tool select two dark colors from your tube
left click/foreground color
right click/background color. Darker than foreground color
Minimize tube for now.
2. Open a new transparent image 700X650
flood fill your image with your background color.
You do this by clicking your right mouse button.
3. Layers palette/right click add a new raster layer
Flood fill foreground
4 Layers/new mask layer/from image.
Select the mask BBD_Mask Skyline in the window.
Make sure source Luminance is checked and invert mask data is checked
5. Layers palette/right click black/white mask/merge/merge group
6. Select the selection tool.
Draw rectangle around the bottom water part of image
Edit/copy
Layers palette/add new raster layer
Edit/paste into selection
Selections/select none
Right click in layers palette rename water reflections
7. Select your tube Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size as needed
Effects/3D/Dropshadow
Settings below
Place the tube so that the buildings are behind it.
8. Select a Fat Font. I am using Piazza.
Type out your Name
Size it so that some water shows
9. Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 5 Glass
settings below 
10. Still on your font Layer
under your selections tab
A. select all
B. select float
C. Select defloat
D modify expand 2
Keep Selected
11. Layers palette/right click a new raster below your font.
Materials palette under patterns select the silver pattern from my supplies
Flood fill the selection
12. Select the frame from my supplies edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into you image
Select magic wand. Click on the frame
Flood fill with The silver pattern
Apply the same drop shadow
Apply drop shadow again
change Vertical and Horizontal to -2.
Selections/select none.
13. Export the Custom Brush into your brushes by going to file Export, custom brush
If you have not done this
Select the paint brush tool Find the brush and select it.
Using dropper tool select a bright color from tube left click/foreground color
Size brush down if needed
Apply the brush (you may have to click mouse several times
14. Layers palette right click add a new raster layer
Apply your water mark and copyrights
Close off 2 bottom layers
Merge visible
Re-size your image so that height is 400 width will adjust
Open all of your layers back up
ANIMATION
1. Layers palette/right click water reflection duplicate it 2 times
You should have 3 layers now
Close of the top two for now.
2. Click bottom water reflection layer to make it active
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000 Jiggle
apply the settings below.
You will have to manually put in the 5 on the random seed.
Layers palette/click the eye to close this layer.
3, Click the copy of water reflections (middle)
Apply the Eye Candy Jiggle again
change the random seed to 10
Click the eye to close off this layer.
4. Click copy 2 water reflections (top)
Apply the Eye Candy Jiggle
change the random seed to 15.
Click the eye close off this layer
5. Select and Open the original water reflections layer (bottom)
Edit/copy merged
Take it to animation shop
Edit/paste into animation shop as new animation.
6. Back in psp click the eye close bottom water reflections layer
Open the copy of Water reflections layer (middle)
Edit/copy merged
Take it to animation shop
Right click first frame edit/paste after current frame
7. Back in PSP Close copy of water reflections
Open copy 2 of water reflections (top)
Edit/copy/merged
Take it to animation shop
Right click second frame/paste after current frame
8. Save your animation
BACKGROUND
1. Open new transparent image. 1280x300.
Selection select all.
Select the image I had you make earlier Edit/copy
Edit/paste into selection
Selections/select
2. Under Adjust Blur/Gaussian blur
radius set at 20.00
3. Effects/Plugins/Tramages Gradient/Spokes Ratio Maker
Gradient/Spokes ratio set at 105
4. Effects/Edge Effects enhanc
5. Layers palette/right click add a new raster layer
flood fill with lighter color
Layers palette lower opacity to 55 or so that it is text friendly
6. Select the border from my supplies
Edit/copy bottom border into your image
move it to the left border
Select it with your magic wand
Selections/modify/expand 1
Flood fill with your darker background color
Selections/select none
Effects/Distortion/wind apply the settings below
Edit/paste as new image
Move it to left border
Select it with magic wand
Selections/modify/expand 1
Flood fill with lighter foreground color
Selections/select none
Effects/Distortion/wind wind strength to 60
8. Layers palette/right click/merge visible
Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling
settings below.
Save your Image. By Going to File/Export/Jpeg Optimizer value set at 30.
