Remember not all kits are the same so re-sizing may be different.


Let's Begin
Set your drop shadow. Once set it will Stay.. unless I state otherwise.
Vertical and Horizontal 1. Opacity 65 and Blur 5.00
Always Close original image after you copy.
Re-size settings HERE Always Sharpen Items you re-size one Time..

1. Open your tubes minimize for now.

2. Open a New transparent image. 700x600
Selections Select all
Select paper 2 from Kit Edit/copy
edit paste into selection in image
selections/select none

3. New Raster layer Select paper 1
Select it in your foreground color under patterns in your material palette
flood fill you layer

4. Layers/Mask/mask from image
Select WSL_Mask299

Layers palette/right click black/white mask
Delete
Would you like this mask merged into layer below  YES
Layers palette/right click top mask/ merge/merge group
 

5. Select Frame 1 Edit/copy,
Re-size if needed
 Edit/paste as new layer into your image..
It should be place so the bottom is near the 500 mark on your ruler.

6. With your magic wand click inside the frames windows.
 Selection/modify expand 4.
Keep it selected

7. Layers palette/right click/Add a New raster layer under your frame.
Open a paper from the kit.
Select it in your foreground color under patterns on your material palette.
Flood fill the selections on you new layer.
Selection/select none.

8. Select your one of your Tubes Edit/copy,
Edit/paste as new layer into your image Under frame
Re-size as needed I re-sized 30%
move to top frame
Select the other tube Edit/copy,
Edit/paste as new layer into your image above your frame
Re-size as needed I re-sized 35%
move to bottom frame
move to top

9. Effects/3D/drop shadow
Apply to both tubes


10. Now close your background layer and mask layer. merge visible.
 Re-size your merged Layer 90%.
Move it to the top some but leave room for framing.

11. Select flower up Edit/copy,
Edit/paste as new layer into your image..
Re-size it 40%.
Apply same drop shadow
Layers palette/right click/Duplicate once
Layers palett pull one layer under your merged tube and frame layer.

12. Select 2 buttons . Using your freehand tool draw around the first one you want to use.
Edit/copy, Edit/paste as new layer into your image.
 Selections/select none
then select your second button the same way.
Edit/copy, Edit/paste as new layer into your image..
Apply your drop shadow same as before..
Then duplicate one two times. And one 1 time.
Pulled two of them under my frame same as I did with my flower.
Refer to my image if you need to..
 No re-sizing needed..

13. Select the ribbon Edit/copy,
Edit/paste as new layer into your image.
Re-size it 50%.
Apply you same drop shadow.
 I arranged on my left side of my frame.
Close your back ground layer and mask layer and merge visible.

14. Layers palette /right click add a new raster layer as your top layer
Now Select paper 5 in your foreground color.
Scale 50 and angled it 45.
flood fill the layer
Selections Select all
Selecitons/modify contract 20
Edit/clear (or cut)
Selections/ select none

15.. Effects/Plugins/eye candy 4000 Bevel Boss. See settings below.
16. Add  your Text

17. Re-size your image so that the height is no more than 450.
Width will adjust.
Apply your copyrights and your watermark.

18. Close off your background layer and mask layer by clicking the eye in layers palette
Right click any layer/merge merge visible
Open all the layers back up

1. Layers palette/right click/Duplicate your mask Layer 2 times.

2. Select the top mask layer Effects/Plugins/Xenoflex 2/electrify see settings below..
Layers palette click the eye close this layer

3. Select your Middle Mask Layer apply the xenoflex2 again Click the random seed button one time
layers palette click eye close this layer
 Then select your bottom  mask layer
 apply your xenoflex 2 Click the random seed button one time

4. Edit/copy merged
Take it to animation shop right click any where paste as new animation.

Back in PSP  Close off bottom mask layer
Open the middle mask layer again edit/copy merged
Take it to animation shop right click/paste after current frame.

Back in PSP Close off middle mask layer
open top mask Layer edit/Copy merged
Take it to animation shop right click/paste after current frame.
I did not change display time

 Save your image.. Optimization Settings HERE

1. Open a new transparent image 1280x300 Selections/select all
Select Paper 2 from kit edit/copy
edit/paste into selection in image
Selections/select none

3. Select two ribbons you like
 with selections too select a width of 300 Edit/copy,
 Edit/paste as new layer into your image.
Image/Free rotate it 90 Right.
Apply same drop shadow

4. Merge visible and apply seamless back ground. See settings below.

5.Select a flower Edit/copy
 Edit/paste as new layer into your image.
re-size it 25%
Apply drop shadow
Layers palette/right click/duplicate once
 arrange them on the left border.

6. Select the buttons Edit/copy,
Edit/paste each one as new layer into your image..
Re-size 70%
 apply same drop shadow
layers palette/right click/ duplicate once
arrange them to the left border see my image for placement.

7, Now merge layers and save by going to file export jpeg optimizer at 25 value.
