PaintShop Pro 9 or similar program. You must have working knowledge of Psp in order to this tutorial.

KIT: Bitzy Beez Designz Tagger 800x800  HERE
PLUGINS: Eye Candy 5, Xenoflex 2
Before we Start: Not all kits are same sizes.
Especially Tagger Kits. So your re-sizing may be different..

Let's Begin

Open Mask and tube minimize for now.

1, Open a New 600x600 transparent image.

Select a paper 3 from the kit under patterns in material palette

Flood fill with paper.

2.New raster layer Select a paper I used 4.

Select it in your foreground color under patterns in your material palette.


3. Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.

 Select the mask source luminance checked and invert mask unchecked.

 click ok.

Right Click on the black mask layer in layers palette delete.

Now right click on top mask layer merge, merge group.

4. Select your Tube Edit/copy,

Edit/paste as new layer into your image. above your mask layer as new layer.

Apply Drop shadow.. Vertical and Horizontal set to 2 opacity 60 and blur 8.00

4. Select  frame 2 from the kit. Edit/copy, Edit/paste as new layer into your image.. re-size it 70%. Apply same drop shadow as before.

5. Merge your Tube and Frame..

You do not want to add a background it needs to be see through..

6. Select charm 3 from the kit, Edit/copy,

Edit/paste as new layer into your image..

re-size it 50%.

apply same drop shadow as before.

7. Select sparkle 1ffrom the kit Edit/copy,

Edit/paste as new layer into your image.so that it is above mask layer.

Duplicate one time 

arrange them refer to my image for placement.

Apply same drop shadow as before.

8. Select two of the flowers Edit/copy,

Edit/paste each one as new layer into your image..

 Re-size them 30%. Apply same drop shadow as before.

9. Select heart 1, Edit/copy,

Edit/paste as new layer into your image..

Apply same drop shadow as before.

10. Select flower 4 Edit/copy,

Edit/paste as new layer into your image..

Re-size it 20%.

Apply same drop shadow as before.

11, Apply your text. I used A&S porkchop primitive.

Add a new raster layer under your text. click on your text layer.

Selections/select all

 float

defloat

modify expand 3.

flood fill the selections with a color from your tube.

 Selections select none.

Now click on text layer right click on it merge/merge down.

12. Make sure your merged text layer is selected in your layers palette.

Effects/plugins Eye Candy 5 Gradient Glow see settings below.

13. Select your rectangle tool. set line width to 5.00.

Select a paper in your foreground color.

 close off your background color.

Draw out a rectangle all around your image. convert to raster layer.

14. Now re-size your image to where it is no more than 425 in height. width will adjust. apply your watermark and copyrights.

ANIMATION

1.Pull mask over till it touches the left border then, Duplicate your mask layers 2 times you should now have mask layers. Close off the two copies.

2. Make sure you have your bottom masked layer selected in your layers palette.

Effects/plugins/Xenoflex 2 Flag. see settings below.

3. Close off bottom layer select the mask layer above it.

Apply Flag again this time change your random seed and your wind strength to 70.

 Close this layer.

Select the top mask layer apply the Flag again change wind strength to 75 and random seed..

4. Close off the top two mask layer. Open the bottom.

highlight any other layer in your palette.

Now copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation.

5. Close bottom layer mask. open the mask layer above it.

copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

Close this layer open the top mask layer, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

Now Save your animation. Optimization Settings HERE

3. Select 3 flowers Edit/copy,

Edit/paste each on as new layer into your image. re-size 20%. apply drop shadow same as before.

4. Select a charm Edit/copy, Edit/paste as new layer into your image

re-size it 30%.

Apply same drop shadow.

5. File/export your image with the jpeg optimizer compression value 25%.
